This policy covers the personal data we process when you authenticate with LinkedIn to access and use Nexora campaigns as a guest. Processing related to live outbound calling campaigns, lead data, and customer accounts is governed by separate agreements with our business customers and is not covered here.

When you sign in using "Sign in with LinkedIn", LinkedIn shares a limited set of profile information with us. We store only:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your LinkedIn profile identifier / URL

We do not collect any other information from your LinkedIn profile or from your use of the campaign creator beyond what is needed to operate your account.

We use the data above for the following purposes:

• User authentication and confirming you are a valid LinkedIn user. Legal basis: performance of a contract and steps taken at your request before entering into it (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Account creation and providing you access to the campaign creator. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
• Fraud prevention and security, including preventing misuse of guest accounts. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

To be explicit about our limits:

• We do not post, comment, or take any action on your LinkedIn account.
• We do not access your LinkedIn contacts, connections, or messages.
• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.
• We do not use your data for advertising or share it with advertisers.
• We do not collect data beyond the name, email, and LinkedIn identifier described above.

Your data is stored on secure infrastructure with access limited to authorized personnel who need it to operate the service. We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect it against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

When you sign in with LinkedIn, your use of LinkedIn is also governed by LinkedIn's own privacy policy. LinkedIn acts as an independent controller for the data it processes on its platform.

We keep your data for as long as you maintain an account with us, or as long as required to meet legal obligations. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your name, email, and LinkedIn identifier, except where we are legally required to retain certain records.

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15)
• Correct inaccurate data (Art. 16)
• Request deletion of your account and associated data (Art. 17)
• Restrict or object to processing (Art. 18 and Art. 21)
• Receive your data in a portable format (Art. 20)
• Withdraw any consent you have given, at any time

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@nexoraagents.com. We will respond within the timeframes required by law.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. Our competent authority is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit). You may also contact the authority in your country of residence.

We use only a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in after you authenticate. This cookie is required for the service to function and is not used for analytics, advertising, or tracking. Because we use no non-essential cookies, no cookie consent banner is required.

If we introduce analytics or other non-essential cookies in the future, we will update this policy and request your consent where the law requires it.

We process your data within the European Union. Where a transfer outside the EU or the European Economic Area is unavoidable, we ensure an adequate level of protection through the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
